Audrey in the The Harlow Dress
Welcome to The Wish List, in which people we admire share the things they’re indulging in right now; a selection of gifts for themselves, or others — no occasion required.
As an agent at Art Partner, the Paris-based Audrey Houssin works with some of the most prominent photographers in the fashion industry. In her downtime, she can be found at the Marché aux Puces de Saint-Ouen flea market in her Montmartre neighborhood, or traveling with her husband and two children.
Below, she shares a few of her favorite things, including a sculptural Noguchi lamp and a lipstick in the perfect shade of muted pink.
A Simple and Elegant Maillot
“This black Eres swimsuit is a worthwhile investment — the fabric is amazing and will last forever. It also looks chic with shorts or a sarong.” Aquarelle One-Piece Swimsuit, $425
A Bright, Effervescent Fragrance
“All of Frederic Malle’s fragrances are wonderful, but this one evokes old Hollywood glamour, with notes of grapefruit, rose and white musk. I love this petite travel size.” 'Lipstick Rose' Travel Perfume, $65
A Scented Object
“This terracotta room diffuser makes for such a nice gift. The fragrance lasts six months and it’s a beautiful object to keep in the bathroom or on a fireplace mantel.” Melograno in Scented Terracotta, $75
A Stylish Fountain Pen
“This pen never leaves my bag. I use it every day, at home and at work, and love gifting it to renew the pleasure of writing with a fountain pen.” Lamy Al-Star Fountain Pen, $47
A Sculptural Table Lamp
“Noguchi lamps are so classic and emit a beautiful, soft light that’s perfect for the bedroom or living room.” Akari 2A Light Sculpture, $175
A Blanket Scarf
“I love that this Attersee alpaca scarf is long enough to double as a throw blanket.” The Herringbone Wrap, $595
The Perfect Lipstick Shade
“I wear this Hermès lipstick every day. It’s a lovely warm color and feels amazing. The beautiful packaging is refillable and designed by Pierre Hardy.” Rouge Hermès Satin Lipstick, $75
