US Order Processing

Attersee offers complimentary standard US Ground Shipping and Returns for orders over $300.  Expedited Orders received by 11 AM EST will generally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will be shipped on the next business day. If you would like to ship via expedited delivery service, please be sure to check with us to confirm the estimated delivery date before placing your order.

US Order Delivery Transit Times

• Standard Ground      3-5  business days       $15

• Expedited                 2 to 4 business days     $25

• Next Day                  1 business day               $35

We offer free US Standard Ground shipping for orders over $300

Please note that the above times do not include processing times.

US Tax Calculation

Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the state where your order is being shipped. Tax is collected only in states where Attersee has a presence, and the applicable rate is automatically applied at checkout.

Canada

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional charges, including duties, customs tariffs, and value-added taxes (VAT). These charges are determined by Canadian authorities, are separate from your merchandise and shipping costs, and will be collected at checkout where applicable. Please note that as the buyer, you are considered the importer of record. This means you are responsible for ensuring your order complies with all applicable Canadian laws and regulations. Any duties, taxes, or carrier collection fees will appear on your invoice. Since the exact amount depends on factors such as product type and its country of origin, we recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions before placing your order.

International Order Delivery

International order delivery is provided by DHL Express.

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery country. All payable duties and taxes will be displayed at check-out. Please allow 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive via DHL Express. 

Some regions may require duties and taxes to be prepaid before shipment, other regions may have the option to prepay or pay upon delivery.

Customs and Duties

Attersee is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. In the event you will be returning your order, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and / or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments. We cannot refund any shipping fees on your original purchase.

US Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for all unworn, unaltered, unused, unwashed, full-priced merchandise with its original tags. We accept returns and full refunds on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please be advised that items indicated as a final sale will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Initiate a US Return

Please email us at inquiries@shopattersee.com to request a return authorization.

The returns process may take up to 3 weeks to complete. Once we can verify that the merchandise has been checked-in and is in good condition, we will email a refund confirmation. 

International Returns

To request a return, please visit the Returns Portal. For international returns, please ensure that items are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery of your original order. Once we can verify that the merchandise has been checked-in and is in good condition, we will email a refund confirmation. 

International orders are not eligible for complimentary returns, and a $35USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Attersee does not offer formal exchanges at this time. Please place an order for the new size, and we will process the refund when your original purchase is received.
