Yes, we ship internationally. International orders ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and do not include duties/customs with the shipping fee. When your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs. Customs will be based on the original retail price of the items purchased.
Orders will generally be packed and shipped within 2-3 business days, but may sometimes take up to 5-7 business days, depending on product availability. If you would like to ship via expedited delivery service, please be sure to check with us to confirm the estimated delivery date before placing your order.
We use UPS to ship our orders. Please note that all shipping times are in business days. We currently offer 3 UPS shipping methods for Domestic orders: Ground (5-7 business days), 2-Day Shipping, and Next Day Delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Post office boxes, Army Post offices, nor Fleet post offices at this time.
We will place a pending charge on your credit card when your order is placed. After the payment is authorized by your bank, you will be charged for the purchase upon shipment of your order.
A card can decline for different reasons. Make sure you are inputting the correct billing address, especially if it is different than the shipping address. If it is a general decline, please contact your bank for further information.
Please be aware that for orders within the US, we are obligated to collect state sales tax in New York. This amount is calculated at checkout. International orders ship DDU (Delivery duties unpaid). You are responsible for the taxes and duties which can be estimated by your local customs. We are unable to estimate taxes and duties for DDU countries at checkout.
If you would like to cancel your order please reach out to us immediately. Please keep in mind if your order has already shipped, you will be unable to cancel the order and it will then need to be processed as a return.
After an order is placed you are unable to amend the order on your own and must contact us at your earliest convenience at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped it is not able to be amended.
If you received an incorrect size or are missing an item, please contact us at email@example.com. If there is a case where we are unable to fulfill all items in your order, you will be notified prior to shipment.
Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping options at this time. All garments and accessories will be shipped in an Attersee dustbag and our signature tissue paper.

Size availability is not guaranteed. If an item is not available for purchase, please submit a request via the ”Email Me When Available” button by selecting your size and entering your email address. We will notify as soon as it becomes available.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in an unaltered condition. All original tags must be attached and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed. You have 14 days to return an item/items from the day you received your order. To initiate a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply with additional instructions.
Unfortunately we do not offer formal exchanges at this time. You will need to go through the normal return process and purchase the item you prefer.
Once our warehouse receives and processes your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, this may take up to 3 weeks.
You will be refunded the amount you originally paid when purchasing, excluding shipping charges.
Attersee is unable to refund taxes and/or duties.
Before shipping your order, our warehouse inspects to make sure items are in top condition. In the unlikely occasion that you receive a damaged item please contact us at email@example.com immediately.
