Attersee is looking for an exceptional Executive & Personal Assistant to support our Founder & CEO across every dimension of her professional and personal life. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives on anticipating needs before they're voiced, translating priorities into flawless execution, and operating with complete discretion in a fast-moving, creative environment.
Role Overview
The EA/PA serves as the Founder's right hand — managing the operational rhythm of her days, her calendar, her correspondence, and her life beyond the office. The role spans executive coordination, travel logistics, personal and family scheduling, vendor and household coordination, and ad hoc project support. A core dimension of this role is the trusted handling of family and personal scheduling with absolute discretion; the ideal candidate understands that protecting the Founder's private and family life is as important as managing her professional calendar. You'll work closely with the broader Attersee team, acting as a key point of coordination between the Founder and business stakeholders across New York and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Own and manage a complex, shifting calendar across business and personal commitments, proactively resolving conflicts before they arise
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to anchor key meetings in the brand's global calendar
- Triage and manage email correspondence, flagging priorities and drafting responses on the Founder's behalf
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and contingency planning
- Prepare briefing materials and meeting notes to keep the Founder fully informed and ahead of what's next
- Liaise with senior leadership, partners, press, stylists, and vendors as a trusted extension of the Founder
- Track action items across multiple concurrent workstreams, following up with precision to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Personal & Lifestyle Management
- Manage the Founder's personal and family calendar with complete discretion — coordinating all appointments, household scheduling, children's activities, and family commitments while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Plan and coordinate personal travel, from flights to full itinerary curation
- Handle occasional personal errands, gifting, and personal shopping as needed
- Manage personal correspondence and day-to-day administrative tasks
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting an executive or founder at the EA/PA level, ideally within a founder-led company
- Impeccable discretion and judgment across all dimensions of the role — including sensitive family and personal scheduling that must remain entirely private
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to represent the Founder's voice in correspondence
- Highly organized, with the ability to hold many priorities at once without losing the thread on any of them
- Proactive and resourceful — you stay one step ahead, not one step behind
- Comfortable with occasional evening and weekend availability as the business requires
- Based in or commuting to New York City; in-office five days a week across our W37th and E64th locations
